Kindy Time

Fletcher goes to kindy 2 days a week. His teachers are Zoe and Maree and he ADORES them (yes there is a hint of jealousy :)) He arrives at about 9 and as soon as you hit the carpark he gets excited, kicking his legs and chatting away! He goes into the room quite happily and waves "ta ta" as his mummies leave. Apparently he is very well behaved while he is there, although he does not like to sleep too much. There seems to be too much going on to waste time sleeping! If we can, we pick him up before his afternoon nap so he can catch up on lost beauty sleep! He loves playing with his friends and enjoys watching the older kids play.

The reason that we are so blessed is that not only does he enjoy going, he learns so much! It becomes more and more apparent to me that not only does he learn from us, but also from the other children and experiences he is exposed too. It is great to have the feedback from his teachers to know where he is at and what he is learning. Last week he was picking up the phone and saying hello. He hasn't mastered it as yet, but I never would have thought to teach him at home.

Long story short, I just wanted to say thanks to Zoe and Maree. You guys do a great job and we appreciate all your hard work!
